Requirements for partners

Cooperation starts with trust, transparency and value

Baxtlilar assesses partners on more than the subject of their product or service. How an organisation works with users, data, communication and responsibility matters too.

Requirements depend on the format of cooperation, but the core principles stay the same: real value, transparent terms, respect for the user, safety and compatibility with how Baxtlilar works.

A good proposal must be useful not only to the partner and to Baxtlilar — above all to the user.

01

Clear value

The user must understand what problem the service solves and why it belongs inside Baxtlilar.

Value first
02

Transparent terms

Cost, format, limits and the roles of each side must be clear before the user engages with the service.

No hidden terms
03

Reputation and information

We may request details about the company, the specialist, the website, qualifications and the terms of service.

Checked per format
04

Privacy

A partner works only with the necessary data and receives no questionnaire, matching or messages automatically.

Data is not a bonus
05

Correct communication

No pressure, manipulation, false urgency or promises of a guaranteed outcome.

The user can decline
06

Independence of matching

A partner does not influence recommendations, compatibility, mutual interest or the order in which users are shown.

Matching stays closed
07

Product fit

The service must complement Baxtlilar naturally and suit a broad family audience.

Product fit matters
08

Responsibility

The partner remains responsible for their own service, its quality, support and external terms.

Clear role boundaries

Under review

The depth of the review depends on the potential risk and the format of cooperation.

Requirements apply after launch too

  1. Launch
  2. Monitoring
  3. Changes
  4. Re-review

A partnership can be reconsidered if complaints appear, terms change, privacy or safety risks arise, or the service no longer fits the product.

What is upheld during the work:

  • terms do not change silently
  • data is used within the agreed boundaries
  • communication stays correct
  • the user can decline

Approval is not an unlimited right to be present inside Baxtlilar.

Possible actions

  • Clarify the terms
  • Pause the integration
  • Switch off a format
  • End the partnership

“Baxtlilar partner” is not a quality mark for services

We do not use wording like “100% verified partner” or “Baxtlilar guarantees the quality”: it promises more than the actual scope of the review supports.

A “Cooperation confirmed” mark means only that an official partnership format exists — not an absolute guarantee of the quality or safety of the service.

A partnership is a responsibility towards the user, not just placement

Baxtlilar treats external services as part of the user experience, so the requirements keep applying after launch.

Value

An integration must solve a real task.

Transparency

The user understands the terms and the source of the service.

Safety

The scenario must not create unjustified risk or pressure.

Responsibility

Each side answers for its own part of the interaction.
