Plans unlock tools, not access to a person

Yes. The Free plan lets you create a profile, fill in the questionnaire, go through the required verification and receive personal recommendations within the set limits. Free also includes basic privacy, receiving incoming interests, reporting, blocking and the option to walk away from an acquaintance.

You can switch to a paid plan later.

The plans differ in how long they last, in their limits and in the depth of the tools available.

• Standard — 250,000 UZS · 1 month. The core format for a step-by-step acquaintance with basic filters and compatibility features.
• Pro — 1,200,000 UZS · 6 months. An extended format with higher limits, detailed compatibility and additional settings.
• VIP — 2,000,000 UZS · no validity time limit. The widest available set of platform tools, with no pre-set end date for the plan.

No plan guarantees a reply, a relationship or a marriage.

Six separate months of Standard cost 250,000 × 6 = 1,500,000 UZS, while Pro for six months costs 1,200,000 UZS.

The saving is 300,000 UZS, that is 20% of the usual price.

A chat does not open after a one-sided interest. To start a conversation:

• one user has to express interest
• the other user has to accept it
• the conditions of the active plan have to be met

Even Standard, Pro or VIP do not let anyone write without mutual interest or get around a refusal.

No. Payment does not raise the compatibility score and does not make a profile more suitable for other users. Recommendations are built from the questionnaire, mandatory conditions, preferences and Baxtlilar's product rules.

A plan affects only the available limits and tools.

No. A plan does not disclose personal contacts or closed data. Phone number, Telegram, documents, precise location, service details and hidden answers do not become available just because of payment.

Visibility is defined by the platform rules, the stage of the acquaintance and the user's settings.

VIP has no pre-set end date. The plan stays valid as long as:

• the corresponding Baxtlilar service exists
• the user's account is active
• the user follows the platform rules
• access has not been restricted because of a violation

VIP does not mean the platform's contents and interface will never be updated. The current set of features is defined by the service terms.

The Baxtlilar website is informational and does not take payments directly. The payment steps:

• the user chooses a plan
• moves to the Mini App
• checks the name, price, duration and material terms
• chooses an available payment method
• follows an external Click or Payme payment link
• once the payment is confirmed, the plan is activated in the account

Before going to payment, the user must see the full price and the purchase terms.

Yes, a user can start with Free and later choose Standard, Pro or VIP. The switching order, the recalculation of the remaining balance and the activation date of the new plan are shown before the purchase is confirmed.

A new plan is never enabled quietly or without the user's consent.

When the paid period ends, the account and the profile are not deleted automatically. Access to paid features is limited according to the current terms, and the profile moves to the available basic mode.

The user may receive a notification before the period ends, but renewal does not happen without clear consent unless automatic renewal was enabled separately.

A user can stop using a plan at any time, but turning a plan off does not always mean an automatic refund. Whether a refund is possible depends on:

• the date of the request
• whether the plan was activated
• the features already used
• the type of product purchased
• the applicable Refund Policy

The refund terms are available to the user before payment.

Family is an additional support setting, not a separate main plan. A user can give someone close limited access to selected sections. A trusted person cannot:

• write to other users
• express interest on your behalf
• make decisions for you
• edit the questionnaire
• receive contacts and documents
• read private messages

The user can change or fully revoke the access.

VIP is a platform plan with an extended set of tools. Individual is a separate personal service that may include:

• clarifying the request
• help with preparing the questionnaire
• personal recommendations
• support from a manager
• coordinating an introduction with mutual consent

The price, timeline and scope of Individual are agreed separately before the work starts. Individual does not guarantee finding a particular person, mutual interest or a marriage.

No. Baxtlilar cannot guarantee:

• that an interest will be accepted
• a reply from a user
• that a conversation will continue
• a meeting
• a relationship
• a marriage
• any particular outcome

A paid plan provides tools, but the final decision is always made by the users themselves.
