Formats of cooperation

From useful content to service integration

The format of a partnership depends on the task, the value for users and how naturally an external service complements Baxtlilar.

It can be an educational material, a special offer, an event or a separate service scenario — but the interaction must stay transparent and voluntary.

A partnership must never pose as matching, as a system recommendation, or as a required part of dating.

Content and expert materials

Useful articles, guides and research from partners on important topics of relationships and family life.

Expert material / with a partner’s participation

Special offers

Offers and bonuses from partners that may be useful to users at their stage of life.

A voluntary offer

Events

Webinars, workshops and offline events from partners for developing relationships and personal skills.

The user registers separately

Service integration

External services a user can connect to solve their own task outside the Baxtlilar platform.

Only on the user’s action

Social initiatives

Joint projects with partners supporting the values of family, education and mindful relationships.

A shared mission, not influence on the product

Partner services

Individual useful partner services with a clear description, terms and boundaries of interaction.

A clearly marked external service

An example inside Baxtlilar

Expert material

How to discuss financial expectations before a serious decision

with a partner’s participation

Practical advice and example questions that help you discuss finances honestly and calmly.

Open the material

The material does not affect recommendations or compatibility.

The user must always know where Baxtlilar ends and a partner begins

Partner elements are labelled explicitly — and are never passed off as a decision of the product itself.

How we label them:

  • Partner service
  • Expert material
  • Partner’s special offer
  • Joint event

And never disguise them as:

  • a system notification
  • a compatibility recommendation
  • a safety warning
  • a step required to continue dating

A partner’s commercial interest must never look like a decision of the product.

Integration does not mean automatic data sharing

By default a partner receives none of the following:

A partner does not receive:

  • the user’s name
  • phone number
  • Telegram
  • the questionnaire
  • family status
  • criteria
  • compatibility results
  • the history of interests
  • messages

If a service does need data, the user understands:

  • what is shared
  • with whom
  • why
  • on what basis — and performs the action themselves

There is no segmentation of the user base

We do not build logic like “show us all users aged 25–35 preparing for a wedding”. That turns partnership into segmentation of sensitive data.

The correct model: a relevant offer is shown inside Baxtlilar → the user decides to engage → only then does the external scenario start.

More about data and privacy

An integration should be visible to the user — but invisible to their freedom of choice

Clear who the partner is

It is always stated who provides the material or service.

Clear why the service is there

The value and topic of the interaction are described plainly.

The user connects themselves

Any action happens only by their own choice.

Matching stays independent

Recommendations do not depend on partner services.
