You express interest
If a recommendation interests you, you decide whether to express interest. The other user makes their own decision.
Interest creates no obligation to reply.
Mutual interest opens the chat
When both users have expressed interest, the Baxtlilar chat opens and a personal conversation can begin.
Chat opens only after two «yes».
