The recipient does not have to activate a gift plan right after receiving it.
Until activation the gift stays separate from their account, and the plan’s features are not yet in use.
A gift left unactivated does not mean a refusal to date, and gives the sender no right to remind or demand a decision through Baxtlilar.

The gift stays unactivated
The “Awaiting activation” status only means the recipient has not activated the plan yet.
The gift status does not reveal the reasons behind a person’s decision.
The plan is not applied yet
Until activation the gift features are not switched on in the recipient’s account. The starting conditions are shown before confirmation.
The term and conditions must be clear before confirmation.
The recipient can come back later
If the gift is available under the service terms, a person can activate it at a moment that suits them.
The decision can be made without artificial urgency.
The sender only sees the status
The sender does not see why the gift is unactivated and gets no access to the recipient’s account.
No activation is not a reason to watch a person.
When does the plan term start?
The exact activation and start dates for the plan are stated in the terms of the specific gift.
The terms are always available before creating the gift and before activation.
Gift plan termsCan a gift be cancelled or changed?
That depends on the gift plan terms in force.
Before creating a gift, the user should see:
- whether cancellation is possible
- the refund rules
- whether the recipient can be changed
- the activation period
- when the plan term starts
An unactivated gift creates no relationship between sender and recipient
If the recipient hasn’t used the gift, that should not be read as:
- a refusal of a particular person
- a refusal to date at all
- a lack of serious intentions
- a signal to apply pressure again
A gift is an offer to use the service, not a request for a personal answer.
There is no need to explain why the gift is not activated yet
The recipient may:
- come back to the gift later
- not use it at all
- decline to register
- keep using their current plan
- make another decision within the available terms
The reason for the missing activation is not disclosed to the sender.
Awaiting activation is the status of the gift, not the status of a person
Baxtlilar may show the technical state of the gift, but does not interpret the recipient’s decision and does not reveal their actions inside the platform.
No pressure
There is no need to rush the recipient.
